good for one ride

Christopher Rouleau (he/him) is a gay visual artist and designer based in Toronto. Along with his full-time freelance work of graphic design and sign painting, he is also a public speaker, instructor, and author. His work has been featured in Spacing, Uppercase, and Flare. He has collaborated with a range of organizations, including Pride Toronto, Buddies in Bad Times Theatre, and Gay Men’s Sexual Health Alliance (GMSH). He recently exhibited his work in Toronto's Church Wellesley Village, recreating a protest banner from the first gay march in Canada from August 1971. He was artist-in-residence at Gladstone House in 2025, and his solo show, Selling Canada, was recently exhibited at The Red Head Gallery in Toronto. He has received a Communication Arts Award of Excellence in Typography, and a DesignTO Juror's Choice Award. Christopher attended the Alberta College of Art & Design and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Calgary.
