Richard Anuszkiewicz (b. 1930) is a major player in both Op Art and Hard-Edge Abstraction. His work is typically composed of neon candy colors in strict geometries. Anuszkiewicz was included in the landmark exhibition, “Americans 1963” held at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), New York. The artist’s work can also be found in the collections of the Art Institute of Chicago, the Guggenheim (New York), the Whitney (New York) and the Albright-Knox Art Gallery (Buffalo), among others.
